Follow these easy steps to experience the power of WebDesk 3.0 beta:
Step Number Action 1 Send email to: webdesk@grdata.com with a helpdesk request 2 Open a WebDesk window by clicking here. 3 Click on the "Pending Requests Icon." You can hold the mouse over icons for more information. 4 Enter a query in the search window, such as "mouse." 5 Click on the "Administrator Login" button. 6 Login in as the sample administrator "admin" with password "webdesk" when prompted. 7 Click on "Evaluate New Requests" 8 You should see the request you sent earlier. If not your email may not yet have been receivied. You will receive a confirmation email when the request has entered the system. 9 Click on your request to evaluate it. 10 Assign priorities to the request and assign it to user "demo" 11 Completely exit your web browser, or user another machine to access the WebDesk site. This is so you can login as the "demo" user now instead of the "admin" user. 12 Login in as the sample user "demo" with password "demo" when prompted. 13 Only the requests assigned to user "demo" will appear. Click on a request to view the associated text. 14 Change the request priority by entering a new value and clicking "Apply."
